The wine cellar is under the control of the Wine Committee and is stored in excellent temperature and humidity controlled leased lockers in the Chicago area.

The cellar consists of over 3000 bottles of about 150 different types of wine.

Current replacement cost is in excess of $175,000.

This enables the Chapter to drink very fine wines in an economical way. What we have been able to experience and achieve reinforces the importance of the wine cellar and the foresight, through intelligent purchases, to perpetuate the vinous pleasures for current and future members for the decades ahead.

The raison d'être of the Chaîne is to combine the best of both food AND wine to procure the finest marriage possible within the economic restraints that necessarily exist.

Here is a selection of fine wines taken from our cellar over the past two years.
